We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and local individual to help manage several rental properties on a part-time basis. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants when maintenance or property-related issues arise, coordinate with contractors and service providers, and occasionally visit properties.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, responsive, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible hours are available.
Experience is preferred but great communication, being responsible and follow through is most important. If you have those things, we'll work with you to bring you up to speed.
