Family of 5 looking to rent a whole house preferably in the country outside of Rome area Oneida county not Utica we are currently renting a small 2bd apartment in whitesboro which is not suitable for us but we had to take it as the home we rented for over 7yrs in Lee center the owner passed and the family wanted the home for other family members so unfortunately that left us out here we had went through minor reality and was approved to rent a house in Rome 2 weeks before moving the owner backed out and decided to sell instead which left us in a bad spot as we told our landlord we had a new home and would be out by the end of the 2 weeks so they already had family in the process of taking the home so we had to scramble and take a apartment that was supposed to be a 3bd landlord said she would move the laundry to the basement if we needed the 3bd of course we needed it that’s why we were looking at 3bd places well long story short she refuses to move it now which is a issue as this apartment is to small for us as it is there are also many other things that weren’t mentioned when we moved here that there is only one meter for the whole house and there is another apartment upstairs and the whole house is on us she claimed to have it separated but it certainly is not still so we just need to get back to a whole house were we felt actually at home we loved Lee center and would have stayed forever if we could have we loved the country and made the home very nice while there we made that house into a 3bd from a 2 with the landlords permission of course and also did many updates we remolded the bathroom the sunporch and the laundry mudd room …we are not afraid to do any work needed to a home to make it nice and clean …we are very clean people and take good care of the home we are in we are currently paying $1500 and would like to stay around this price could pay alittle more depending on the house please no apartments we rather move into a whole house that will be long term for us apartments just isn’t for us …anything country I like to make a small garden and plant flowers…my spouse is a man of all trades so if it needs any thing fixed we are more then happy to do so …we need atleast a 3bd or 4 as I do have a older son I would love to have a space for him incase he ever needed to come back home but we have 3 kids at home now 2 boys and a baby girl I can show any pictures of the home we did updates to and how we live we have no evictions or any records this is my last hope
In hopes to find a forever home that we could be in long term and our children having a home till they leave the nest of any landlords have anything they would like to see actually taken care of please lmk show contact info name is Jennifer thank u anything in blossvale ,Verona, boomfield,Camden, anything in the county with no neighbors right next door we like to have privacy as we keep to ourselves
