Bought new in 2024, used for only 2 summers. In excellent working shape. This is a 10-step lift being used on 11 steps due to space limitations in the hallway. Plugs into the wall and has a battery in case the power goes out. Operation control is on the arm. Comes with 2 remotes: one for top, one for bottom of stairs in case there are 2 people in the home using it. Also comes with owners manual + installation manual. These things cost thousands of dollars brand new. If you have 10-11 steps and need a chair lift, this is the one for you! Located in Rome NY
