The 85 room Homewood Suites by Hilton, Clinton NY is seeking highly motivated, self-driven individuals who are interested in providing exceptional guest service to join its team. A housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms as assigned and ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness are met. The position is also responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Housekeepers also ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

Clean and service hotel guestrooms in accordance with established regulations and standards. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a professional manner.
Must be available to work all days of the week.
Start time: M-F: 8:30am. Saturday and Sunday: 9:30am

Able to bend, reach, lift and move up to 40lbs.
Able to stand for the duration of shift.
Follow established standards determined by management and government regulations, including OSHA, when cleaning hotel guestrooms, public areas, and when performing other duties.
Report all needed repairs, safety, fire, or security problems and concerns that might cause damage to guests, staff, or hotel property immediately to management.
Transfer any lost and found items in accordance with standard hotel procedure to Executive Housekeeper or On Duty Inspector.
Submit completed, assigned rooms list, as well as any floor and room keys in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.
Conduct periodic deep cleaning of guestrooms.
Assist in laundry or with other duties assigned by management.
Accurately complete end-of-day shift duties.
Exhibit professional communication and team-member skills to accomplish maximum service for department and property.
Recognize and follow company procedures and policies as defined in the Employee Handbook.
Complete any and all tasks given by supervisor.
