Both units have been serviced and are operating quietly and reliably. Work includes replacement of electrolytic capacitors, out-of-spec resistors, and updated power cables.
A matched quad of JJ EL34 tubes has been installed and the amplifiers have been properly balanced. Original Amperex brown base tubes are included (tested but weak).
These sound outstanding — rich, detailed, and powerful, exactly what you’d expect from classic EL34 mono blocks.
This is a vintage electronic unit and has been serviced for functionality, but due to age may require additional maintenance or adjustment depending on use and system matching.
Unit was tested and functions as described at time of sale.
Tube electronics can exhibit minor noise, microphonics, or variability depending on tubes and environment.
