Antique STIFFEL table lamp with duel switches, one imitating the oil fill for older lamps. Both switches work. Heavy weight which is a STIFFEL thing, weighs 7 pounds !! All original; included the felt bottom . photos show details; The shade is not Stiffel but I will include it.
It may shine to a high brass gloss, I will leave this to you,
