UTILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
Each resident is responsible for their own utilities including Spectrum Cable and Computer Activation, National Grid Electric Power and telephone hook-up. Using the honor system, parking is available for two cars registered with each apartment.
All apartments use a common entrance for safe and easy access. The common area also has a coin operated tenant laundry room in the lower level common area with a rear exit. The owner provides common area utilities, waste removal, water, sewage together with building and property maintenance.
