I am looking for a 1 bedroom place in Utica / New Hartford / Whitesboro area. I will do almost anything in return for a decent place including anything you may need or want help with, chores around the house, cleaning etc., other random jobs. So if my available rent seems like it would be too low, I can make up for it in other ways.
I am a full time college student and also work two jobs so paying on time would be no problem. I am very responsible and would keep your place in perfect condition as I'm very neat and clean. I just need a place closer to Utica so I don't have to drive 15 mins from school and back every day this semester ( go to SUNYIT ).
